1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 555h platform at 555h.vu, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 555h. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all sections of the 555h platform including Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slot Games, Bingo, the Game Lobby, and any future sections added to the platform. 2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 555h account login credentials. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, or if your login details are compromised, you must notify 555h support immediately. 555h may suspend the account while an investigation takes place.

Each player is permitted one account only. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts involved may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 555h platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits which are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. 555h does not accept deposits from third parties.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for a deposit, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes shown in your account panel. 555h reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Any funds deposited into a 555h account in excess of what is required to cover intended play may be returned at 555h's discretion if no genuine gaming activity is identified. Depositing funds purely to take advantage of payment processing arrangements is not permitted.

5 Sports Betting Rules

555h Sports covers cricket including Pakistan national team fixtures, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 tournaments, international matches, and ICC events. Football coverage includes major European leagues and international competitions. Esports markets are available for titles including CS2, Dota 2, Valorant, and League of Legends when major tournaments are running.

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. In-play odds are subject to suspension between play periods — in cricket this typically occurs between balls — and bets placed while markets are suspended may be voided.

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or competition as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or curtailed, bets will be settled in accordance with 555h's specific sport-by-sport rules displayed within the Sports section.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are shown on your bet slip before confirmation.
• Parlays (accumulators) are available on selected markets. All individual legs of a parlay must win for the parlay to pay out.
• 555h reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where a bet has been placed after the outcome was already known.

6 Casino & Game Rules

555h Casino includes live dealer tables, slot games, bingo, and other formats accessible through the Game Lobby. Each game is governed by its own specific rules which are displayed within the game interface. These general terms apply alongside those game-specific rules.

Live Casino games are operated in real time with live dealers. Results are determined by genuine card deals, roulette spins, or other physical random processes. RNG-based slots and electronic games use certified random number generation. 555h does not manipulate game outcomes.
